Thank you for taking the time and interest to put this together. It is excellent. I as well have been researching the 487th bg (H) and have found many pictures that were taken by my father while he served in the 8th AAF and stationed at the 487th. I have been posting them at http://www.priscilla-international.com/Brian/forum/index.php Please include myself on any future mailings and if you would like any info that I have available please let me know. cordially Brian Angeloni

Having been to Cambridge cemetery 3 times in the 90's with 487th BG Assoc. tours, I am so happy you got to visit your uncle's grave. When the BG would go the double flags were put on each 487th grave so we could walk to them and spend time. A beautiful place. Ann Kulp 487th BG Assoc. (2nd generation)

Thanks so much for this site; it was an unexpected surprise to find it on the web. My father is third from the left in the standing row in the photograph - 2nd Lt. William Ward. He survived the crash but his injuries prevent his return to flying. Thanks again for your efforts in putting all this together and sharing it. Robert Portsch Ward
